About the menu.. well, kinda ..

RAPH BURGER $11.00

Grass fed beef, cos lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion and stereo sauce.

I’ve always liked burgers outside of the fast food variety, but never knew it was a food-type that could be so consuming. I just thought burgers were burgers. How wrong I was! I guess the Australian burger landscape didn’t help me understand the full potential of this meat and bun combo, but regular trips to the US over the past ten years have changed my outlook. Burgers are a science and a passion to me. When I began to explore each element of the burger, I quickly worked out what I liked and what was getting in the way.

Simplicity is what I am looking for. This is the premise behind Beatbox Kitchen and our very straight-up, premium burger. Sure, there will be instances where you will see my truck at festivals not offering the burger, but this is only due to the fact that great burgers take time, and I wouldn’t want you to miss your favourite band waiting on me. Try some fries, shroom' burger or a chicken schnitzel wrap instead, and come back when we’re not so pressed for time. Our menu is very small, but focused on bringing goodness to the ‘hood.

SHROOM BURGER $10.00

Portabello Mushroom, cos lettuce, cheese, tomato, onion and stereo sauce

Okay purists I hear you loud and clear and in someways i agree with you , a burger is a beef patty in a bun.. but shrooms are a vego's meat , right? Well thats what the ads on TV where telling me when i was growing up.  So I take a big portabello mushroom, marinate it a little then grill it in its own pan, melt some cheese and damn you got a fine burger.

FRIES 'n SAUCES

We love fries, our kids love fries, my mum loves fries, her mum loves fries, WE LOVE FRIES!! We use all Australian potatoes and we love that they are the perfect way to deliver you our specialty sauces.

So once you have a nice big cone of fries our humble saucier will top them with one of the following.

Stereo sauce

We love fries with mayo, but fries with Stereo sauce is something you wont forget.  A creamy tangy experience !

Annie's home made tomato relish

Annie's a great family friend who is an amazing cook and has a very impressive vege garden. She lives in Seaford Victoria and when she is not out on the bay catching a little something for dinner she is making the best relish ever.

Her recipe and technique is totally old school Australian, and she doesnt add any preservatives or coloring. She also makes the Spicy relish which is the same as the tomato except with some homegrown chili added.
